Chinese poached fish with ginger & sesame broth

kept byjonnydunk

500ml water with a dash for fish sauce
1 tb rice wine vinegar
grated ginger
1 ts garlic (I use the 'Very Lazy...' stuff)
tenderstem broccoli
chopped Chinese leaves
spring onions
white fish fillet
few drops sesame oil
1 ts toasted sesame seeds to top fish at the end
salt and pepper for seasoning
