Ingredients: 

30-35 mini pretzels
1 ½ sticks unsalted butter
3 tablespoons water
¾ cup granulated sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ – 2/3 cup roasted almonds, chopped
a pinch or two of sea salt for topping
