Put cake mix and cocoa in glass or metal bowl and whisk until combined. Add water and beat on low speed until moistened. Mix on medium speed for 1 minute
Pour into liners and fill 2/3 full. Bake 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Immediately remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream adn strawberries
