Chocolate Bourbons

Notes: 

These are much chewier than real Bourbon biscuits but they look the part and are so chocolately and delicious you really can’t go wrong. They’re also really yummy frozen as an ice cream sandwich!

For the Biscuits:
2 1/2 Cups of Ground Almonds
1 Tablespoon of Cacao Powder
1/3 Cup of Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup of Agave
For the Filling:
200g of Creamed Coconut, Softened
1-2 Teaspoons of Cacao Powder
2 Teaspoons of Agave
