Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cut recipe in half to make 60 small cookies or 30 large

Ingredients: 

I would cut recipe in 1/2 to make about 60 cookies or so.
1 cup margarine
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
4 cups unbleached flour
2 1/4 cups oat Flour ( I use brown rice flour) can't find oat
3 12 0unce bags choc. chips ( 1 bg. milk choc., 1 bg. semi sweet, 1 bg. dark or semi sweet)


  1. Cream butters, sugars, vanilla...Add eggs 1 at a time. Add rest of dry ingredients then chips last.

    Use Small scoop and put on cookie tray. Bake 9-11 mins. at 350 degrees. Gas takes about 9 mins. take out of oven just when slightly turning brown. Rest a few minutes and move to cooling rack
