1 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
8-10 large medjool dates, pitted
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup dark chocolate, vegan if needed
2 teaspoons unrefined coconut oil, optional
