Artichoke Balls

If you refrigerate the dough for a while, it makes rolling easier and the balls hold their shape better.


2 lg. cans artichoke hearts
2 eggs, beaten
¼ c. olive oil
1 c. Italian Bread Crumbs
garlic to taste
½ c. parmesan cheese
salt/pepper to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
