Preparation time: 15 minutes, plus freezing time
• 1 bag marshmallows
• 50g white chocolate
• 50g milk chocolate
• coconut shavings, toasted
• chopped pistachios, or nuts of your choice
1 Put the marshmallows onto a baking tray and freeze them for 30 minutes.
2 Melt the chocolate and dip the tops of the marshmallows into the melted chocolate. Sprinkle with coconut or nuts.
3 Place onto a baking tray and leave the chocolate to set.
