1 cup of oat flour
1 cup of apple sauce
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1 mango
2 banana
4 tbsp of cacao
6-8 dates
1½ cup of pecan and hazelnut mix
4 tbsp of Agave syrup
