Chocolate toffee bites


Graham crackers
2/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup butter
6 oz chocolate chips
1 - 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)

Line a 15 x10" jelly roll pan with foil. Lay out graham crackers to cover the pan, I like to break them into bite sized pieces but keep them neatly in the pan. Combine brown sugar and butter an microwave until bubbly stirring every minute. Pour evenly over crackers, bake 14 - 18 minutes at 375. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Allow chocolate to melt for 5 minutes then spread with the back of a spoon. Cool completely then break into bite sized pieces.
