1 medium British free-range Woodland egg yolk by Sainsbury's
1tsp Taste the Difference Madagascan vanilla extract
200g British plain flour by Sainsbury's, plus extra for dusting
60g strawberry jam by Sainsbury's
1tbsp icing sugar, to dust
