One boxed yellow cake mix (with oil, water and eggs to make according to package)
2 c. heavy whipping cream
4 T. ground cinnamon
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
4 c. powdered sugar (divided)
2 sticks of unsalted butter, room temp
2 sticks of salted butter, room temp
2 T. clear vanilla flavoring
