Ingredients: 

2 quarts cookies and cream ice cream or
2 quarts coffee ice cream or chocolate chip ice cream
For the Cake:
1½ cups granulated sugar
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup cake flour
½ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder, sifted
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1½ cups boiling water
2 eggs
½ cup canola oil
For the Whipped Cream:
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Decorations:
Hot Fudge Sauce
Oreo cookies
or
chocolate frosting
chocolate for curls
chocolate covered coffee beans
