Ingredients: 

1 C yellow corn meal
1 t salt
1 C cold water
3 C boiling water

  1. Combine corn meal, salt and water
  2. Pour in  boiling water stirring constantly
  3. Reduce heat and cover
  4. Cook 5 minutes stirring constantly
