1 bunch green onions chopped
1-2 lbs boiled, peeled crawfish
2 cans potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans creamed corn
1 can reg corn
2 cans diced potatoes
1 pint to 1 quart half n half (to desired consistency))
1-2 caps crab boil
Pepper jack velveeta (if large size, cut in half)
You can use large soup type pot or crock pot. I like crock pot so soup can stay warm.
Melt butter. Add all ingredients except crawfish and half & half, cook slowly, stirring occasionally.
When everything looks melted and blended well, stir in crawfish and add half & half to desired consistency.
Heat to serving temperature.
