Cornbread Stuffing

Ingredients: 

1dozen eggs
1onion
1cup chopped green onions
1 cup each Chopped celery & bell pepper
4 cans Swanson chicken broth
1stick butter
1Tbs poultry seasoning
1 tsp sage
1pack crackers
1/2Tbs pepper
1/2Tbs salt
Make 2 pans of corn bread


Make two pans of corn bread
Crumble into big baking pan
Crumble pack of crackers
Sauté all vegetables in 1 stick of butter
Pour in pan
Boil eggs
Slice the whites & crumble the yellow add to mix
Add sage, poultry, salt & pepper
Mix throughly
Add 4 cans of chicken broth
Mix throughly
Bake uncovered in oven 1 hour at 350%
