Corned beef hash

Ingredients: 

potatoes
olive oil
onion
mushrooms
can corned beef
worcester sauce
green lentils
celery
carrots
peas
beef stock
parsley


  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 20 min. drain and cohp and pre heat oven
  2. Lightly oil frying pan, add the onion and sprinkle with salt. Cover an cook gently stirring occasionally untill golden increase the heat and add the mushrooms and celert cook for 2-3 minutes 
  3. still in corned beef and potatoes and worcester sauce transfer to oven dish and add beef stock peas/lentils/carrots.
