Notes: 

I amended this from the website, adding the Worcester and tarragon.

Use your favorite mushroom.

Ingredients: 

4 tablespoons butter
1 cup slicked leeks
1 1/2 pounds sliced mushrooms
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup white wine
1 cup half and half
Dash Worcester Sauce to taste
1 teaspoon tarragon (dried, 2 teaspoons fresh)
