Creamy crab and corn soup

Ingredients: 

4 corn cobs, husks removed
5 cups chicken stock
1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 Tbsp corn flour
1 x 375ml can Carnation Light & Creamy Coconut
1 x cup fresh crab meat (alternatively use 2 x 170g cans crab meat, drained)
1 Tbsp fish sauce
2 eggs, lightly whisked
2 spring onions, finely sliced
pepper
