Ingredients: 

12 ounces dried pasta or 1 spaghetti squash
1/2 cup (about 3 ounces) chopped turkey bacon
2 shallots, minced
3/4 cup of frozen peas, thawed
1 cup fat-free half-and-half
salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
