Ingredients: 

- 2 Berenjenas grandes
- 1 Diente de Ajo
- Aceite de Oliva
- Zumo de limón (aprox. 2 o 3 cucharadas)
- 1/2 cucharadita de comino molido
- 1 Cucharada de Tahini (crema de ajonjolí. La consigues en tiendas especializadas en productos árabes)
- Paprika en polvo
- Sal y Pimienta al gusto
