1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon of lime juice
3-4 cloves of minced garlic
1" grated ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Directions:
Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Mix together all ingredients and wisk together, add chicken and stir to coat.. Cook on low for 5 hours, 6 hours if frozen.
