* 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin (I use Knox Brand)
* 3 cups sugar
* 1 1/4 cups light corn syrup
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
* 2 cups powdered sugar
* Water
