200 gms seedless dates cut and soak in 1/4 cup water for 12 hours
Maida 1 1/2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Eggs 3
Butter 1 stick
Baking powder 1/2 tspn
Soda 1/2 tspn
Vanilla essence 1 spn
Beat sugar and butter. Add eggs 1 by 1 and beat.
Add maida and baking powder and soda. Beat. Add vanilla essence and dates. Beat the mixture. Add little milk if necessary.
350 degrees Fahrenheit - 45 minutes.
