Ingredients: 

Coconut - 1 finely grated
Sugar - half of the finely grated coconut
Ghee - 1 small spoon
Milk - 1 cup
Cashew - 20 - 25
Cardamom powder - as per taste
All purpose flour - 2.5 cups
Finely powdered semolina - 1/2 cup
Salt - a pinch
Ghee - 3 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup


Step 1.These half moon-shaped fried pastries are stuffed with a mix of shredded coconut, dried fruits, sesame seeds and delightful seasonings. 

Step 2. One bite of karanji with a perfectly flaky, crispy and buttery crust filled with a melt-in-your-mouth sweet coconut stuffing will have you hooked!
