Bengal gram - 100 g
Sugar - 250 g
Oil + Ghee { 200+100 } - 300 g
Water - 100 ml
Step1. Add 1 cup of ghee to a pan and heat it over medium flame.
Step2. Once the ghee is sufficiently hot, add gram flour in it and roast it for a few minutes.
Step3.make sure that you roast the gram flour properly so that the raw smell goes away.
