Diwali special Patla Poha Chivada recipe
Thin Poha पतला पोहा- 250gm
* Oil - 100gm
*Peanut-100gm
* Chopped Green Chili 6
* Cashew nut -100gm
Chopped Almonds 100gm optional
* Muskmelon Seeds मगज की बीज - 2 tbsp optional
* Greated coconut-100gm
* Black Raisins किशमिश - 50gm
* Salt as per Taste स्वादानुसार नमक
* Black Salt (h) - 1/2 tsp
* Turmeric -2 tsp
Dry Mango Powder आमचूर पाउडर- 1 tsp
*Sugar - 2 tbsp
Heat a thicked bottom pan and dry roast the poha.
In the same pan heat the oil and fry all the ingredients.
