Ingredients: 

Gram flour - 250 grams
Asafoetida - 1 tsp
Carom seeds - 1 tsp
Resham patti chili powder - 2 tbsp
Kashmiri Chili powder - 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water for kneading & softening the dough
Oil for frying


 

 

 

Step1. Tikha Gathiya is a crunchy and spicy deep fried strands made from gram flour dough

Step2. Sieve the gram flour in a large bowl. Add gram flour, carom seeds, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, soda bi carbonate.
