Oat flour substitute: 1/4 c +2 Tbls cornmeal & 1 1/4 baking powder.

½ cup oat flour
½ cup tapioca flour
¼ cup brown rice flour
¾ teaspoon xanthan gum
½ cup coconut palm sugar (or brown sugar)
1½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon cardamon
½ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon cloves
dash white pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup sweet potato puree
1 egg
¼ cup oil
½ cup chai tea
