4 cups pumpkin, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 Tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup finely chopped shallots
2 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp seeded, minced jalapeno
1 cup light coconut milk
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
3 Tbsp jarred green curry paste, plus more for seasoning
4 tsp brown sugar
4 tsp fish sauce
1 cup thinly sliced basil, plus more for garnish
