Dumpling sauce

Ingredients: 

1/4 cup soy sauce (or Kikkoman's tempura sauce)
3 TBS apple cider vinegar
3 TBS toasted sesame oil
1 tsp sugar (omit if using tempura sauce)
1-3 tsp red pepper flakes depending of heat desired
2 tsp corn starch
