Earl Grey Ice Cream:
¾ cup evaporated cane sugar, divided
2½ cups soy or hemp milk (full fat)
6 Earl Grey tea bags
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons arrowroot or tapioca starch
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
