1 cup shelled edamame
1/2 cup cherry or teardrop tomatoes, sliced in half
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
