Edna's Legendary French Dressing

Notes: 

This is a recipe my Mother received from the Moose Club in Batavia NY in the 50"s. She kept this closely guarded and wouldn't share it even with friends! But now it's yours. Makes 24 oz.

Ingredients: 

1 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup canola1
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
4 cloves minced or pressed garlic


  1. Mix all ingrediants in a 1 qt glass jar and mix with an imersion blender.
