Egg Fruit Coconut Bread

Notes: 

Try substitute 1.5 c brown rice flour plus 0.5c sorghum flour, or 2c flour blend

Ingredients: 

2 cups flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp cinnamon
½ cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
½ tsp vanilla
2 cups mashed ripe canistel
1 cup grated coconut
