1 tsp oil
3 tsp flour
1.5 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp orgeano
3 cups chicken stock
2 tsp tomato paste
1.5 tsp chicken bullion
1/2 tsp sugar
Make a ride with butter oil and flour over medium heat stirring constantly untill golden brown.
Add spices and continue to stir constantly. Adding a little chicken stock when needed
Add remaining chicken stock, bullion and sugar.
Bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
