Ingredients: 

2 cups red lentils
1 large onion, chopped
3 Tb. butter
2 Tb. fresh grated ginger
2 cloves, garlic, minced
1 Tb. hot smoked paprika
1 tsp. tumeric
1 tsp. garam masala
2 Tb. tomato paste
Salt and pepper
3 cups (24 oz.) small curb cottage cheese
Zest of 1 lemon
3 Tb. plain greek yogurt
1/4 tsp. salt
