Fabes cocinadas a fuego lento con langostinos y chipirones

Ingredients: 

Para el potaje de fabes: 500 gr de fabes, 1 puerro, 1 cebolla, 1/2 pimiento verde, 1/2 pimiento rojo, 1 diente de ajo, 1 hoja de laurel, 1 cucharada de pimentón dulce, 2 cucharadas de tomate frito, sal, 1 guindilla, 20 langostinos, 2 cucharadas de coñac, 15 langostinos

Para los chipirones: 18 chipirones medianos, 1 cebolla, medio vaso de vino blanco
