Notes:

So easy, so delicious, and GONE.

Ingredients:

I package oreos
1 small container cream cheese
1 package chocolate chips
(I tbs butter)

  1. Break up all the oreos in a food processor.
  2. Mix the oreos together with the cream cheese in a mixer.
  3. Roll little bits of the dough into balls of a size of your choosing, though the more bite-sized, the better.
  4. Line a baking tray with wax paper or foil and place balls.  Put in the fridge (30 min) or freezer (10 min) to let them get solid.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips (with the butter) in a double-boiler setup.
  6. Dip the solidified balls in the chocolate and place them back on the sheet.  Let harden again in the fridge or freezer and dip them once more.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
