Filled Crepe with Ricotta, Chocolate and Strawberry

Ingredients: 

200g ricotta
¼ cup icing sugar
100g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
8 strawberries, diced
½ lemon, rind finely grated
115g plain flour
2 tbs caster sugar
2 eggs
300ml milk
25g butter, melted
Icing sugar, to serve
