Fish fajitas

Notes: 

These fish fajitas have a nice crust on the outside and is soft on the inside. They are made with delicious panga filets and soft vegetables

Ingredients: 

2 Panga filets
4 small tortillas
1 tablespoon flour
200 gram mushrooms
1 small white onion, finely sliced
1 small red onion, finely sliced
1 bell pepper, finely sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fajitas seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
