Ingredients: 

Foxy Lox-Topped Waffle

Cue the music... "You've got to be all mine, all mine... Foxy Waffle! I'm comin' to get ya!" (What? Food likes when you sing to it!)

Ingredients:
1 frozen low-fat waffle
1 tbsp. fat-free cream cheese
1 1/2 oz. smoked salmon
2 slices tomato
2 thinly sliced rings red onion

Directions:
Toast waffle according to your preference. (We like ours golden brown!)

Plate waffle and spread with cream cheese. Evenly top with salmon, tomato, and onion.

Pick it up and bite right in!
