Garlic Fries

Ingredients: 

Potatoes
1-2 Tbs Oil
2 Tbs Butter
4-6 Garlic Cloves
Parsley chopped


Pre-heat oven to 400-425.

Cut Potatoes in 1/4" strips (no mandoline necessary)

Parboil potatoes for 3-5 minutes in salted boiling water

Put potatoes in ice bath. Dry them in colander then coat with oil and coarse kosher salt.

Spread in one layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-45 minutes until crisp, flipping halfway through.

Melt butter in pot, add garlic. Add fries to the pot of garlic butter and toss. Sprinkle parsley over the top.
