Get Started - 100% free to try - join in 30 secondsthis was honestly the SIMPLEST noodle dish i have EVER made! first off.. I LOVE NOODLES!!! especially asian cuisine noodles! so i decided to make general tso’s noodles with oven baked asparagus!
RECIPE:
1 bag of shiratake noodles- angel hair style (these are noodles you buy in the produce section of the supermarket… i got these near the tofu! the tofu is near the organic vegetable section in shop rite. ***they are 40 calories PER BAGGGGG aka miracle noodles? i think so!)
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 teaspoon VERY COLD water
about 1 cup chopped and baked asparagus
*i baked asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes and then chopped it up for the noodles!
in a frying pan on medium-high heat, add drained noodles and baked asparagus
add sauces and mix until well blended
add cornstarch and water mixture slowly while stirring until the sauce thickens
add red pepper flakes
you’re seriously done right there! i just put it in a tupperware to take over to my boyfriends house for dinner
