Ingredients: 

For the cake:

1 1/2 cup ground almonds
1 1/2 cup wholemeal rice flour
3 eggs
250 g butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

For the filling:
750 g mascarpone cheese
2/3 cup heavy cream
50 g confectioners sugar
juice of 1 lemon
any kind of fruit (I used mixed berries)
