■1/2 cup sugar (date syrup)
■3/4 cup packed light-brown sugar (coconut sugar)
■1 large egg (chia seed 1T /flax egg 2T)
■2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
■1 1/2 cups mixed milk- and semisweet chocolate chips
