Gluten free hummingbird cake with cream cheese icing and strawberries

Ingredients: 

Cake:
6 eggs
500g brown sugar
450ml veg oil
4 ripe bananas (mashed)
500g crushed, drained pineapple pieces (tinned is fine)
50g shredded coconut
80g crushed walnuts
1t ground cinnamon
1t ground coriander
450g plain gluten free flour
1 1/2 t bicarb soda
100g almond meal

Icing:
150g unsalted butter (softened)
100g cream cheese (softened)
400g gluten free icing sugar
2 punnets strawberries (washed and hulled)
