Ingredients: 

- 600 gramos de ñoquis
- 200 gramos de beicon cortado en tiritas
- 50 mililitros de leche
- 50 mililitros de nata
- 200 gramos de queso crema a las finas hierbas
- 2 dientes de ajo
- hierbas aromáticas (perejil, cebollino, eneldo, cilantro)
- aceite de oliva
- sal y pimienta
