Gordon Ramsey chilli

Ingredients: 

Red Chilli
Garlic
Onion
Mince
1 tsp thyme
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
2 beef stock cubes with 180ml water
5 tomatoes
3 tbs tomato purée
1 tsp cinnamon
Bay leaf
Worcester sauce
Salt & pepper
Kidney beans/mushrooms/sour cream and chives-optional


Sauté garlic and chilli in olive oil. Add onion and Tyme and sweat. Add mushrooms if adding.

Brown mince separately

Add dried spices to onion mixture and cook for a cpl of mins add mince. Add tomatoes and cinnamon and cook for 5 minutes. Then add stock and bay leaf and Worcester sauce and s&p

Simmer until sauce thickens add kidney beans if using.have wiv rice and sour cream and chives
