Grain-Free Blueberry Lemon Scones

Ingredients: 

2 ¾ cups blanched almond flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter (or palm shortening)
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons coconut milk
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons honey
⅓ cup organic dried blueberries (I used fresh blueberries since I could not find dried anywhere locally and didn't have time to wait on an order from Vitacost)
1 teaspoon butter (or coconut oil)
Optional: Coconut crystals or maple sugar for sprinkling on top
